I woke up thinking I'm a Spoon 🥄
I'm curious how many others wake in the morning with concepts, or considerations which set up your ideas, or can dictate your day ? For example, when I woke this morning, my wife asked me if I slept well, to which I replied, "Yeah, pretty well, although I've woken up thinking about cutlery and neurodivergence" As usual, she kissed me good morning, smiled and replied, "Of course you have", but it was true. Part of the reason why I had been considering this, is that I'm often thinking about new ways to explain neurodivergence and neuroinclusivity to clients and connections. As I was lying there, I was feeling that the spoon was getting a rough deal. We often refer to laying the table as "putting the knives and forks out, but rarely does the spoon get a mention. Unlike the knife, which really only has one purpose, and whilst the fork can potentially have two to three reasons for existence, even though it does not have the uniform straightness of the other tools, the spoon can do both of their jobs, and often a lot more, therefore making it more efficient than the others. In addition to this, it's a lot more fun as it looks a little quirkier rolling around the table, you can sort of see your reflection in it like a cheap mini hall of mirrors, and unlike the other two, the best bit is that it can make other people smile when it hangs off your nose. Anyway, now you know what my wife has to deal with when things like this just pop into my head. I was just wondering if this was a common thing or just me?

Living Brain: Perfecting Your AI Memory
I built something I haven't seen anyone else talk about and it's quietly become the most useful thing in my entire AI workflow. I call it a "living brain." Quick context: I run an AI automation consultancy. ADHD. I use Claude, GPT, Grok, and Gemini across 30+ threads a week. My problem wasn't the AI. It was me. Every new session started cold. I'd re-explain my business, my tone, my preferences. Fix the same mistakes I already fixed last week. Across 4 models that's hours of wasted repetition. So I created dynamic reference tasks that track what I've learned in 6 areas: my foundational prompts, which quality checks actually work, my correction history, sales language, technical patterns, and how each model behaves differently. The correction history changed everything. I kept catching my AI tagging guesses as facts. Over-formatting when I want clean prose. Suggesting things I already tried. Now those corrections persist and compound instead of resetting. Think of it like this: regular prompts tell AI what to do. A living brain tells AI what you've already figured out. Your AI gets smarter every week without you rebuilding from scratch. 2 months in. Noticeably faster starts, fewer repeated mistakes, better first drafts across all 4 models. If you're ADHD and leaning hard into AI tools, this one shift matters more than any prompt template or hack. It's externalized working memory that doesn't degrade. Entire system attached below. Normally a SMM lead magnet but you get it free and easy 😋 Though comment and DM if you'd like deeper support!

@Shaun Latham Cool. What do you imagine a system 20x more powerful could do for you? Do you stay up to date with cutting-edge possibilities in AI? I'd love to check out your stores. Been thinking about drop shipping worldwide and trend tracking for rapid pivot auto deploy business building through MasterClaw
DICE priority mgmt system
I spent weeks drowning in task lists, Asana boards, and "urgent" labels that meant nothing. So I built a scoring system. One number. Replaces due-date chaos, augments gut feel. Gifting you some DICE! 🎲 D = Dollar Proximity (x4 weight) - how close is this to cash? I = Impact (x3) - how much does completing this actually move the needle? C = Confidence (x1) - how sure am I this delivers? E = Ease (x2) - can I realistically do this given my constraints? Formula: (D x 4) + (I x 3) + (C x 1) + (E x 2) = score out of 100. 90-100: Drop everything. Do it now. 70-89: Do it this session. 50-69: This week. 30-49: Next sprint. 10-29: Backlog it honestly. 🙏 Why is Dollar weighted 4x? Because as a founder, if you're not connecting tasks to revenue, you're organizing your way to a lot of ideas but skipping the growing bank balance. Built on top of ICE (used by 3,000+ product teams) but tuned for solo founders with ADHD brains, physical constraints, and acute cash urgency. Free to use. No strings. If it helps you ship faster, that's the win. Claude can priority score all your tasks and auto-add and update them to asana. Especially in project mode, give it everything you're working on, stream of consciousness or organized folders of files, and it'll help you answer, optimally, "What should I work on now, and why?" Drop a comment if you want the full scoring rubric with the 1-10 scales for each dimension. Sharing this in entrepreneur and ADHD groups—let's help each other level up!

🚨 Happening in 1 hour! 🚨
In one hour (at 1PM CST), I’m interviewing @Amber Kay, an AuDHD mom of 3 who took the leap, left her job, and built a business that paid her more in her first month than her old job ever did. Click here to see it on the calendar. If you’ve been thinking, “could I really do this?” — this conversation is for you. Come listen, ask questions, and get inspired 💙

Merry Everything! Free way to make your AIs smarter & more honest + real
Quality. Honesty. Human Voice. This is a pasteable prompt framework that transforms AI from a generic assistant into an actual thinking partner. (You can also upload it or include it in project files and tell threads to reference it for convenience) What It Does 1. Massively Improves Output Quality Expert-mode reasoning, verification requirements before claims, structured alternatives instead of single answers. Your AI stops guessing and starts thinking. 2. Kills the Yes-Man Problem Forces AI to challenge assumptions, surface counterarguments, and give you 3+ quality options—not just validate whatever you already wanted to hear. 3. Makes AI Sound Human Eliminates the robotic patterns that scream "ChatGPT wrote this." Natural rhythm, concrete specifics, controlled imperfection. Your content passes the vibe check. 4. ADHD-Friendly Structure Pre-flight checklists, decision frameworks, and output discipline so you get answers—not walls of hedging text your working memory can't process. The One-Liner It's a prompt that makes AI smarter, more honest, and actually sound like a person wrote it. Fair warning: If you want an AI cheerleader, this ain't it. This is for people who want a thinking partner. I put a boatload of work into this after many iterations and hours upon hours of AI use every single day since GPT 3.5 came out. I've built 50 to 200 page prompts that have gone through 100 drafts. Anytime I do anything important, I include this meta-prompt just to kick things up a notch. And I love this community, so I'm gifting it to y'all because you're all so full of the good good 💚💜🙏🏽 Grab it below 👇 - AIOO Meta Prompt v3: Anti-Sycophancy + Human Style + Quality Safeguards Always Apply Me: Master Framework for Optimal AI Output 1. @Stella Maxwell yeah, the commercial landscape is interesting. Zooming out, it makes sense that models designed for international, widespread use have personalities and programming like these do; all the same, there are a ton of independent and programmable models on hugging face if you want something that can also run locally and not send anything else to the cloud. That way, instead of needing to send an optimizer like the one I gave you every five messages or so so it stays fresh, you can actually have a custom AI on your computer or phone that behaves like that all the time. That being said, the commercial models are generally the highest in intelligence and capability since they have trillions of dollars of infrastructure superpowering their performance. Sharing your thoughts to how an AI should perform on social media, and especially when you give a rating and very especially a negative rating like a thumbs down in an individual AI chat, those are much more likely to be reviewed and considered by the dev teams. It's a small way to support an incremental change, but a meaningful one nevertheless.
