Add pets, kids, bills, meals, exercise, hobbies... life's a lot. Especially with ADHD. It's easy to get overwhelmed, burnt out, and down on yourself. Every time you tell yourself you're going to do something, then shiny object syndrome or stress takes you away from actually doing it, you erode self-trust. This becomes a vicious cycle, and it often feels hard to escape. It's identity-level. I've been caught in this cycle many times. And I've escaped it every time. When I review how I escaped these cycles... how I built three separate six-figure companies, paid off $50k in credit card debt, and sold a company for $350k... It all comes down to four simple things: 1. Routines that build momentum 2. Daily and weekly priorities, rather than "whatever fire came up today" 3. Tracking what's working (and what's not) so you can make informed decisions 4. Accountability with those who hold you to a higher standard Simple. But not always easy to do.
