💪 HEALTH & WISDOM: CARING FOR THE BODY GOD GAVE YOU
Proverbs teaches that health is more than physical strength — it’s a reflection of your inner life, your habits, and the wisdom guiding your daily choices. When your health is strengthened, your purpose is strengthened. Here are a few Proverbs insights to keep in front of you today: 🫀 1. A Peaceful Heart Strengthens the Body “A peaceful heart leads to a healthy body…” — Prov 14:30 Stress steals strength. Peace restores it. Protect your inner world. 😄 2. Joy Is Fuel for Your Health “A cheerful heart is good medicine…” — Prov 17:22 Joy isn’t a luxury — it’s part of your wellness routine. Gratitude, laughter, connection… they all heal. 🧠 3. Guard What You Allow Into Your Mind “Above all else, guard your heart…” — Prov 4:23 Your thoughts affect your health. Worry, resentment, and fear weaken you. Wisdom strengthens you. 🕐 4. Small Daily Habits Shape Your Future “The prudent see danger and take refuge…” — Prov 22:3 Your future health is created by today’s decisions — hydration, rest, movement, boundaries. 💬 5. Life-Giving Words Bring Healing “Gracious words… bring healing to the bones.” — Prov 16:24 Speak life over yourself. Over your body. Over your day. 💡 Reflection for Today: Which area of your health needs the most wisdom today — physical, emotional, or spiritual? Share below so we can grow stronger together. 🙌🔥

💞 WISDOM IN MARRIAGE WHILE BUILDING A BUSINESS
Running a business while building a marriage is no small thing — but Proverbs gives us powerful wisdom to keep love, unity, and purpose strong as we grow. Here are a few principles to anchor your marriage while pursuing your calling: 👂 1. Listen Before You Lead “Fools find no pleasure in understanding but delight in airing their own opinions.” — Proverbs 18:2 A wise spouse listens. When business gets busy, understanding must grow louder than ambition. 💬 2. Gentle Words Build Peace at Home “A gentle answer turns away wrath…” — Proverbs 15:1 How we speak during stressful seasons determines the atmosphere of the home. 🕊️ 3. Prioritize Peace Over Profit “Better a dry crust with peace and quiet than a house full of feasting, with strife.” — Proverbs 17:1 Success that costs your marriage is failure in disguise. Protect peace first. 🤝 4. Wise Counsel Strengthens Unity “Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.” — Proverbs 15:22 A married entrepreneur doesn’t make decisions alone. Invite your spouse into vision, direction, and planning. ❤️ 5. Love Must Lead the Ambition* “Love covers all offenses.” — Proverbs 10:12 Grace fuels marriage. Patience fuels business. You need both to build something lasting. 💡 Reflection for Today: If you're married and building a business, what’s one area where you need more wisdom — communication, patience, time balance, unity, or shared vision? Drop it below so we can grow stronger together. 🙌

Wisdom in leading my wife but in a way that lets her go at her own pace. I know if I start trying to have her do too much she will shut down.
Volume 3 Finishing together
As I read through the preface of Sean’s 3rd edition in the proverbs 12x devotional. I think about the students that God has blessed me with to teach and the importance of wisdom that they need as well as I do. As I begin reading I pray and ask God to help me retain and understand what I am reading so that I can gain more of his wisdom for all areas of my life.

I knew this was a calling, but God has shown me how import is for me to teach his wisdom to these kids. Doing my best to teach his principles while not outwardly putting myself in a situation where the school thinks I am preaching. Teach me how Lord!

That’s the plan, but where could I learn such wisdom? Oh yeah, 12x!
Day 250 The Diligent Hand
The provoking question today is :” where are you delaying diligent effort because the conditions seem unfavorable?” What harvest are you risking? As soon as I read that I think of branching out into commercial hvac consulting. I can tell you busy with important things but how does that help me. Is what I am doing today giving me and my family the best ROÍ? I always will have things to do but I need to take a step of faith and ask God to help me with the time and abilities to do it.

I have been tagging you on some posts on Facebook. Understand you are busy
Day 239
Monday I came to a realization that made me think. I had some neck and shoulder tightness the previous week but until Monday morning I did not realize why. I had thought I slept wrong or maybe pulled something working in the garden or the shop. But on the way to work thinking of all the things I need to do , the tightness came back. That’s when I realized I need to give all this to God more. I was once again relying on my own abilities and not truly giving it to God. My new role teaching has got me doing more thinking than ever in my life. I have to keep the kids engaged or things go off the rails. So I move forward, asking our Father in heaven to guide me and help me as I build this new calling and honor you. Along the way I ask for peace and to let go trusting that You Father God will guide me well not rely solely on myself
