💞 WISDOM IN MARRIAGE WHILE BUILDING A BUSINESS
Running a business while building a marriage is no small thing — but Proverbs gives us powerful wisdom to keep love, unity, and purpose strong as we grow. Here are a few principles to anchor your marriage while pursuing your calling: 👂 1. Listen Before You Lead “Fools find no pleasure in understanding but delight in airing their own opinions.” — Proverbs 18:2 A wise spouse listens. When business gets busy, understanding must grow louder than ambition. 💬 2. Gentle Words Build Peace at Home “A gentle answer turns away wrath…” — Proverbs 15:1 How we speak during stressful seasons determines the atmosphere of the home. 🕊️ 3. Prioritize Peace Over Profit “Better a dry crust with peace and quiet than a house full of feasting, with strife.” — Proverbs 17:1 Success that costs your marriage is failure in disguise. Protect peace first. 🤝 4. Wise Counsel Strengthens Unity “Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.” — Proverbs 15:22 A married entrepreneur doesn’t make decisions alone. Invite your spouse into vision, direction, and planning. ❤️ 5. Love Must Lead the Ambition* “Love covers all offenses.” — Proverbs 10:12 Grace fuels marriage. Patience fuels business. You need both to build something lasting. 💡 Reflection for Today: If you're married and building a business, what’s one area where you need more wisdom — communication, patience, time balance, unity, or shared vision? What God can do
Keith, when we do that Zoom, I'd like to talk about "the boating experience," as you always say. I don't think people understand that, and I'd like to help them understand. The "Bust.Out.Another.Thousand" expression just doesn't apply when you follow Jesus Christ. So much has changed in our little family since you've been helping me -- and that fact that my son and I are on the water together now. I have to pay that back to another family now. I was going to buy a motor from a guy in Houston. I went there, trying to get his roached out motor for the lowest possible price, and found that someone had horn-swaggled him and his son -- worse than me. Everything was bad on the motor he bought. I can't believe that the guy was able to get it to run and sold to someone. In any case, my search for profit -- this time -- has turned into helping out this family during Christmas. Same story. A ten year old boy, sad, becuase the boat his Dad bought for them won't run. It's a wonder they weren't hurt out on the water. His name is Juilo. His son is 10, named Aless, and he moved here, legally, from Cuba after his father passed 6 years ago. Julio takes care of his elderly mother, a 10 year old boy (don't think the mom is in the picture) -- with an old sewing machine and a AMAZING talent upholstery. You should see his work. The Holy Spirit has moved me to help this family. My story and his story are too similar. I'm going to make a trip to Louisiana for a 25" midsection and some parts. I'm going to get this yound boy, Aless, a working motor for Christmas. And his Dad is going to do the upholstery work I need done for Atticus
Deciding to speak out more
As I engage more to not stay silent I have a former coworker that posted something with Faith, Church, God , Worship, and tarot cards and #witch. Asking for prayers as I gently engage and asked where in scripture she sees tarot cards. This is her comment below: Keith McGowan trust and believe that I operate in the highest light and love and with Gods protection. Tarot and the ability to channel, like all gifts, comes from God.

Day 234
So I have been more engaging on Facebook doing my best to share Gods truths. Had some good discussions and I am no Bible scholar but have found that many people when faced with the truth get quiet. I don’t want to egg anyone on I to a battle but found it interesting. Even had a gentleman state that he conceded the argument. Trying my best to share humbly.
