⚠️ Important: Day 2 and every day after will be on Zoom
Hey everyone, first of all, thank you for the energy yesterday. Despite the technical hiccups, we made the most of it, and I'm genuinely grateful for every single one of you who showed up. Over 300 of you were actively chatting in the webinar, which is honestly amazing (and probably part of why Skool's live broke 😅). What's changing: From Day 2 onwards, all live calls will run on Zoom instead of Skool. What's NOT changing: Everything else stays right here. The community, the classroom, the recordings all of it lives in Skool exactly like before. Only the live event itself is moving. 👉 Zoom link (same for every day): https://us06web.zoom.us/j/85644318631 Save this one. It works for the entire challenge. ⚠️ One thing to check: I've already updated the calendar here in Skool, but if you added the event to your personal calendar earlier, it'll still point to the old Skool link. Please replace it with the Zoom link above so you don't end up in the wrong place. See you on Zoom for Day 2, it's a powerful one. 💛

I did really enjoy the session today I even had my pet parrot on my shoulder She’s very good with my personal space
Gutted I missed day 1
I’m not going to lie I’m really gutted that I couldn’t attend day 1 today but after hitting my head (again) & twisting my back (yet again) I had no choice but to go to bed, Thanks to hitting my head once or many times in the Military I have Neuropathic Migraines that are not nice & Again thanks to a Combat Fitness Test 20 Dec 2001 approaching the 4 Mile water break running down a steep rutted training area road & my left foot found a Pot Hole (I was carrying 80-100lbs) my foot stayed straight my left knee sips traumatic dislocation & unbeknown until a few years later my spine Was twisted like a roll of Bubble Wrap causing degenerative nerve damage from left shoulder to left foot. I hit the ground squealing like a stuck pig, Gently Encouraged to get up by my Troop Staff & assisted to the front of the Squadron & told suck it up buttercup you’ve got another 4 miles & the assault course to complete today. This was my first fitness test since I was released from rehab following surgery to re-attach both my Achilles tendons that I ripped off the bone whilst deployed to Bosnia in April to November 96. This long winded explanation is why I had to go lay down in a dark room with ice packs after what would seem to most people to be a petty bump ‘ not exactly a good reason for missing today’s session. I apologise for boring anyone who has read my post & for missing day 1 today

I’m definitely struggling with too many things to do not enough energy nevermind time to get through the list, falling asleep writing this post is a good example of how bad my CFS is right now, ask for help, cue maniacal laughter, no no I am expected to come running around fixing things for everyone etc & why can’t you just be more organised! 🤬🤬🤬 so I push through soldier style, totally overwhelm my body and my mind, crash for a week no one notices that I stopped using most SM a few months ago not one friend pinged me to make sure I was okay all whilst sending out the check in on your Vulnerable Buddies, I have invisible physical injuries degenerative neuropathic Nerve damage from left shoulder to left foot Despite all the medical examinations & scans proving that my body is Fubar’d I know that 99.6% of family & friends think that I am not as bad as my paperwork says I am, I see the sideeyes that say yeah ok. In the UK we have Enhanced Personal Independent Payment & Enhanced Adult Disability Payment Scotland these are the criteria that means you qualify for a disability car, Military Veterans have to fight tooth & nail to get to a 40% War Disability Pension only then can they apply for (Fight like hell) for the War Pension Mobility Supplement to get a mobility car now here’s the kick in the teeth , Methly McAddict can say she has really bad anxiety & depression - gets disability benefits & car, a soldier has to fight for every dime & A veteran who qualifies for a 40% War Pension is minimum 2x as disabled as a civilian & they’ve still got to fight for the entitlement to a car yet the absence of documentation proving the entitlement has no bearing on civvies getting payment yet despite drowning in military service documents you are still expected to be able to prove you reported EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU WERE INJURED else it didn’t happen. This is one reason why I don’t ask for help anymore it’s because I feel so cheap/soiled & lazy

Your engagement literally helps people find us. Our activity in this community directly impacts how ADHD Harmony shows up in Skool's Discovery. That's the search engine people use to find communities like ours. The way it works is simple, the more we engage (likes, comments, posts), the higher we rank. The higher we rank, the more people searching for ADHD support actually find us. So when you drop a like on someone's post or leave a comment, you're not just supporting that person. You're helping someone out there who's still looking for their people actually find this place. Now, many of you already know I'm doing giveaways during the challenge. But I decided to add a little something before we kick off: the 10 people with the highest 7-day activity and the top 10 on the 7-day leaderboard before the challenge starts on April 27 will win community credits to use as discounts on our offerings: 🥇 Place 1-3: $150 community credit 🥈 Place 4-6: $100 community credit 🥉 Place 7-10: $50 community credit One important thing: I've seen other communities try to game this by spamming random posts and comments just to farm points. That's not what we're about. The goal is always value and connection. Share something real, ask a genuine question, support someone's post because it resonated with you. Spam will be removed. View leaderboards: https://www.skool.com/adhd/-/leaderboards Here's how the leaderboard works: https://help.skool.com/article/31-how-do-points-and-levels-work Besides your leaderboard score, I'll also be looking at whether you're actively supporting others. So liking and commenting on other people's posts matters just as much. So go like stuff, comment on things, share your wins, and ask questions. It all counts, and it all helps. Let's make some noise before we even get started 🔥

@Renee Kers I can do that 😂 somedays not much more but I’m adding it to the laundry list of things broken from working every day 7 day’s a week delivering newspapers from 11-16 2-4 rounds a day & then enlisting in the British Army at age 16 ended by a life altering injury on 20 Dec 2001. These days I am just a crazy car dad to my 5 furry overlords who are very contented with my heated throw
