Gloves
Can anybody recommend using glove glu, does it actually make a difference if so is there a particular go to brand? Thanks

Best thing to do at first is wash your gloves...😎 also remember latex is soft so take care taking the off, also don't use your palms to push up from the pitch etc......if your after a harder wearing glove, that still has a decent grip, look at J4K Astro/3g gloves 😎 Other little help is train with gloves that are getting to the end of there grip life.....this will help improve your handling drills 😎

@José Carlos Cimorra try the mega grip, latex still works when damaged, but latex is very soft (depending on brand of glove, and different price points) Glove glu is a fantastic addition but nothing can beat techniques..... GK's please remember that pro-keepers get gloves free so they don't have to prolong the life of their Gloves 😎
New boots
So I have a new pair of boots. I have gone for these Nike boots. Black and lightweight. Also they are a little wider.

VALUE POST COMPETITION - UPDATE 🏆
Guys, every 2 weeks we run our Value Posts competition, where you can win FREE J4K goalkeeper gloves. Before, it was hard for my team to check 2 weeks of posts. But now, using the Leaderboard at the top of the page, it makes it much easier for us to check the most active members each week. From now on, everyone in the Top 10 each week will go into a draw to win a pair of FREE J4K gloves. We will also record us picking the winner, so it is fair for everyone. To give yourself the best chance of getting into the Top 10: - post value content - comment on other posts - help other goalkeepers in the group - Important: the more comments your post gets, the higher you can move up the leaderboard. So make sure your posts help, inspire, or teach others. This is what the competition is all about — goalkeepers helping goalkeepers. Top tip: posts with images usually get more comments, so add photos where you can. So get involved, start posting, support others, and give yourself a chance to win FREE goalkeeper gloves. I will let you know later this week when we pick our first winner. REMEMBER: 'A rising tide raises all ships.' Good Luck - Ray

I didn’t have a match yesterday and group gk training was called off on Friday so I went to the group gk session yesterday instead and it was a fun session which I came away just a little bit muddy from… 🤔 Perfect Mother’s Day present for my mum 🤭🤣

Coaches warm ups
After @Erin Bothwick posted about warm ups as her coaches don't warm her up. I am interested how many grassroots teams coaches actually warm up the goalkeepers and how many are left to teammates or parents. This is only really for teams that don't have an actual goalkeeper coach that I'm interested by

Normally from what I've seen its left to parents coming early, even as adults GK warm ups normally left to me
