We help everyday traders level up through both low-ticket rooms and premium mentorship offers ranging from $3.5K–$ 15 K. We’re now hiring an experienced SDR (Sales Development Rep) to set qualified appointments across Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). You’ll handle inbound and outbound leads daily, including ad opt-ins, low-ticket buyers, and social media traffic, and book clean, high-show sales calls for our elite closers. ✅ Your Role This is a hybrid SDR position: part DM setter, part phone setter, and fully performance-driven. You’ll be engaging across: - Inbound leads from ads & landing page - DMs on Instagram, Facebook, and X - Low-ticket customer lists (room buyers at $127–$267/month) - Phone opt-ins from trading lead magnets and webinars - Occasional cold outreach to warm followers or past leads Your job is to qualify leads fast, build rapport, and book sales calls with motivated prospects for our $3.5K–$15K mentorship programs. This is not for beginners or casual freelancers. We want a high-speed setter who can handle volume, follow processes, and get paid. 🔥 You must be - Experienced in appointment setting (phone, DM, or SDR-style outreach) - Confident, coachable, and calm under pressure - Comfortable qualifying leads using frameworks like BANT or CHAMP - Familiar with the trading space (or willing to learn fast) - Able to book 3 qualified calls/day - Available to work in EST starting 11 am - 7 pm would be ideal (full-time) - Tech-comfortable — you’ll use Close CRM, Slack, Google Sheets, and CRM tools daily - Based in the US, Canada, or the UK 🎯 What You’ll Be Working With - A warm audience of 120K+ across Instagram, TikTok, and X - Daily inbound lead flow from ads and organic - A proven high-ticket offer with strong demand and testimonials - Low-ticket buyers to re-engage and qualify for high-ticket - Full SOPs, scripts, and training — so you can focus on execution - Support from a closer, sales coach, and sales director
