Morning vs Afternoon Workout. Which is better?
So you can either train morning, afternoon or night, but night isn’t a good option because it’s gonna keep you energised and ruin your sleep. You have to train at least 3 hrs before bed. So there’s really 2 options: train in the morning or in the afternoon/evening. Which is more beneficial in terms of muscle growth and recovery?

Probably you should pay attention to when you feel good and when you feel tired every day and stick to it, because it’s hard to keep a routine if you do the workout at a time when you’re already tired from the day.
Wrist Pain
Long story short, I used to be quite good at push ups and different variations of it, especially explosive type movements, but I began getting a lot of wrist pain that made me weary of doing any strenuous pushing movements without handles and wrist wraps. I sometimes try to work on strengthening the wrists by doing light pushes on the back of my hands, but it always feels as if I’m just reinjuring my wrists. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this?
Intro
Hey I’m Darren from HK. I’ve been into calisthenics and bodyweight training for a few years, and I’ve gotten decent at some intermediate stuff. High school’s put training on the backburner, but I want to try and improve some technical skills while I’m not putting in as many reps. Looking forward to it.
