Handstand and MU
Hello guys right now im trying to achieve press to handstand and a normal muscle up. Right now i can only do the press like the video below ( sorry for the bad quality) About muscle up y can do it with a resistance band but not yet without. I hope someone can give me some advice

Hi, my name is Darío. I’ve liked calisthenics for years, but I haven’t always been consistent because of school and playing handball. I don’t remember exactly what inspired me, but it was probably Instagram and YouTube videos. In the next 6 to 12 weeks, I want to achieve a muscle-up without bands, improve my handstand, or maybe learn the press to handstand. I’d also love to achieve a handstand push-up, but right now I’m still far from it.
