Saying the N word in my 20’s changed my life
https://youtu.be/EXzE7lDalAk?si=LBbw1hXxiY0CZaIc Most people don't ruin their 20s by partying too much or working too little. They ruin them by needing permission. I didn't change my life by becoming more disciplined. I changed it the moment I stopped negotiating with the wrong people, habits, food, and environments. This video breaks down how saying no in your 20s quietly reshapes everything. Who you spend time with. How you train. How you eat. And what kind of life your environment pulls you toward. Not through motivation. Through removal. If you feel trapped by your friends, routines, food, or surroundings and blame yourself for not being "strong enough," this will reframe everything. This isn't about effort. It's about protecting direction.
How to figure out what to post
I was sitting here thinking, what the hell do I post today? After 5 years of posting content, there are weeks where it’s obvious…and weeks where I’ve got no clue. So this is what I do instead of forcing it. I keep a content calendar split into Week A and Week B.Every post is tagged by: - title - platform - content type - theme - objective Not to be fancy. But so I can see gaps. Last week was heavy on calisthenics and authority.Barely any mindset.Almost no environment. So today, instead of guessing, I filled the gap. No trending audios, no overthinking. Just documenting the system that’s kept me consistent, growing, and sane for years. I’ll probably pair this with an embarrassing clip from 5 years ago…and one from now. If you want to see how I design content systems that actually build trust, authority, and community (not just views), comment onebody. This video lives inside the Classroom section. And yeah, if you’re reading this, then join the skool to watch the full break down.
