Music that speaks to you
Music is something that speaks to my soul. Some music seems to transport me to another existence - past life reflections? Different dimensions? For those of you that resonate, what is some of the music that you listen to that creates a feeling of high energy vibration? For me, lately, it has been Heilung.

@Alexandros Dimitriadis do you know if those songs are available in YouTube? I don’t have Spotify and sometimes when it loads a song by an artist it will switch to a different song by the same artist if you don’t have a paid account - I just want to make sure I’m linking to the right songs.
Empowerments! Healing! New Earth is Here! Oxidative Stress, what is it? How to Neutralize it! GAME CHANGER!!
GREETINGS AND WELCOME!! ARE YOU READY TO BE EMPOWERED! This is part 1 of a four part series of articles I wrote up, for the benefit of humanity. I also offer solutions, and I break it down in a simplified form to support a solution base. I was hesitant to share my original introduction at first, but I realize it brings a bit of context to the "why" I dove into these topics. I am sooooo excited to be sharing this in this community. I cant wait to open dialogue with the many amazing people in here. I "know" this will blast open in so many ways. So, here we go, An Introduction with its title, and Part 1: Oxidative Stress Oxidative stress & Inflammation are at the root of most all disease. A key fundamental understanding, and something once understood, brings empowerments, liberation, and VITALITY!!!. This is New Earth Baby! LETS GO!! Our Nervous System in Today's Toxic World - How We Can Survive Thrive and Remain Healthy Governments, Agencies, and many people involved do not have our best interests in mind. I’m not here to tell you what to think. I’m bringing awareness. After sitting with the information you’ll come to your own conclusions. Either way - Let’s learn how keeping your nervous system regulated improves your life, and the many things that directly affect your nervous system. Wellness, is a broad, general term used often, I use it as well. Nervous system regulation intersects into so many things we’ve been kept in the dark about. Here are some solutions to an ever increasing toxic world, how to change and retain an organic lifestyle–one as free as can be–from the seemingly intentional barrage upon our human vessel. With nervous system regulation at the core, you’ll begin to understand how/why our body, mind, and perceptions can be altered through these intersective junctions by the means of the food we consume, what we drink, invisible chemicals/signals like EMF, the biological/physiological effects and the psychological impacts of present day media just for starters. They all are likely a part of your everyday life already.

@Bren Niel hey Bren - I think what I bring is a healing journey and nuggets of wisdom I’ve gained that I’m trying to put out there to people aligned with me. That’s what I’ve been doing on IG - tools I used to hack my subconscious and break away from limiting beliefs. Sometimes there are intuitions from Source to share - I put one of those in the community offerings space. The rest is simply a lifetime of spiritual connection and intuition. What about you?

@Jake Borchardt hey Jake, I read through part two. Thank you so much for posting that it was very informative. Maybe I missed it. Maybe I need to go back to part one, but I’m curious about the mechanics of the water bottle.
Hi folks, I’m new around here..
Over the last few years I’ve been thinking a lot about the direction humanity is heading in. Technology is accelerating rapidly—especially artificial intelligence—and it’s becoming increasingly clear that our governance systems struggle to keep pace with what we are capable of building. Because of that, I’ve started exploring a simple guiding principle that I call Mutually Assured Survival (MAS). For much of the 20th century global stability was often described through the lens of Mutually Assured Destruction—the idea that the threat of catastrophic conflict prevented escalation. But the world we are moving into may require a different mindset. The question I’m exploring is whether humanity can develop systems of cooperation, governance, and technological responsibility that orient us toward Mutually Assured Survival instead. This isn’t a finished theory or a claim of having answers. It’s simply a framework I’m beginning to explore and document. I fully understand that new ideas are often met with scepticism or disagreement. That’s part of how ideas are tested and refined. For me, this is simply an intellectual project that I find meaningful. I’m interested in seeing where the exploration leads over time. If nothing else, it’s a conversation worth having as we move deeper into an age of powerful technologies.

@Bren Niel I haven’t made much of a move on it yet but I think we are already seeing it - chosen family recreating the concept of the tribe, clan or village to share expenses and resources. Also there is some information out there - the source of which is escaping me right now - that discusses how communities stop being communities beyond like 200+ people or something and that the ideal model is the build communities around that number of the goal is community resource. I’ve been sitting on a vision for my local community relating to this and I feel like this really is the path forward. I’ve been sitting on it mostly because I don’t know where or how to start and it feels like a lot for just me. But I think building a social media presence around it would help it build. What about you?

@Kevin Michael Brown I think you’re right. And to speak to the other comments, I do think human nature has often been the challenge when it comes to large scale harmony. That’s part of why smaller village style communities tend to work better. They have more direct control over the things that shape their shared intentions. I like where you’re going with this though. Am I understanding correctly that you’re imagining some kind of hybrid approach, keeping the stability of smaller communities while connecting them through a larger shared network of resources? I started thinking about something similar, but the thing that made me pause was the environmental side of it. I wondered how a population the size of the US could organize that way without creating unintended impacts. For example, if you had clusters of small communities, maybe around 200 people each, close together, could that end up fragmenting habitats for certain species? We’ve already seen some of that with suburban sprawl, along with things like pet predators and power lines. But the opposite approach has trade offs too. Packing people into very dense metropolitan areas can localize the impact, but it can also create problems like the Urban Heat Island Effect. It makes me think that any new vision for how we live would probably need to be much more intentionally integrated with natural systems and rhythms so we are not constantly working against them. To answer your question - what I have started to think that looks like locally is a community food garden/project to alleviate reliance on grocery chains for healthy foods. It’s not a new concept - but it’s also not something that is always done in more rural communities like mine. But regardless of partisan issues, there are some things most local communities can always get behind and one of them is something that alleviates food scarcity for vulnerable populations. If you make it a give what you can and how you can model (meaning money or service) it is more inclusive and it’s no longer a charity but rather a community project. And if you shape it like a park it becomes a meeting ground for social exchange. And bringing people together that might otherwise be divided by the drama machine is one of the first necessary steps to building a new community - getting people connecting as people again.
End of Week Check-In
Ayee fam 🌍 The real work isn’t just “doing more.” It’s becoming more honest. Honest about what’s working, what’s not, what we’re avoiding, what we’re ready for. That’s why we do these weekly reflections—so your growth stays 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲, not automatic. So—end of week. What’s present? 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 + 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 (𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁): • What was the best thing that happened this week? • What challenged you the most? • What’s one win you’re proud of? 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘁: • What did you fall back into that you don’t want to normalize? • What lesson did you learn (tough or beautiful)? • What truth are you ready to say out loud? We’re here. We got you. Blessings 🤍

@Tristan Harris sounds like he’s a little anxious. Your local pet store should have something called feliway - they also sell it on Amazon and the off brand stuff works pretty well too. They have outlet plugs and spray. It helped my cats when we moved to have the outlet plugs and then also spray the corners and baseboards around the house. If he is a snuggler, something else you can try is putting a hoodie on backwards and then letting him snuggle in the hood part under your chin.

@Tristan Harris also - once he gets his scent around your house he should start to calm down. But cats don’t like closed doors - especially male cats. They like to monitor their perimeter
First time I actually sold any of my Art
Yesterday I launched a Printify page with original art work drawn for the Solar Cross Calendar project. Which is a 13 month symmetrical calendar based on Equinoxes and Solstices. I made a promotional 33% off for two weeks. One week before Spring Equinox and one week after. It basically pays for production and shipping and leaves just a bit of profit. It’s a small step but it’s something after 3 years of working on this. https://solarcrosscalendar.printify.me/ When I posted about it on IG and FB and here on this group. I then felt a very weird and intense feeling, it was a mix of pessimism, anxiety, fear, even dread. With this undertone of “why the fuck Im I even wasting my time on this”. But at the same time it felt electric ⚡️ and that I opened a door to the unknown, like a timeline shift that I have no idea what it will mean. This idea has been in my mind for 3 years and have been very reluctant to make it public, because proposing a new calendar seems totally unrealistic and megalomaniac. But the idea wouldn’t leave me alone, I would forget about it and then have a dream and would wake up and draw or do the math and discover hidden aspects. Even in some meditations some information would pop up out of nowhere and I would check it and it would make sense. Sometimes it was even annoying me, Im not kidding. So I have no idea what this actually means, I have no expectations for anyone to actually use this framework. I have been using it for my own personal reasons and I like the rhythm that it gives to my life. It feels more natural to synch everything with equinoxes, solstices, moon cycles and eclipses. But one thing that is becoming more and more important for me is not the calendar itself, it’s just a finger pointing to the moon, it’s not about the finger it’s about the moon. We are running our lives and society as a whole on a calendar that was made by the Roman empire to run a system of control and domination, and the same system was exported all around the world through colonialism. So if we like it or not, subconsciously we are running our lives as the continuation of an archaic empire of domination. We need a New Story that we tell ourselves as a species and what we are doing on this planet we call home. If this calendar helps frame this New Story or just opens the discussion, so be it. But the story is important not the calendar.
