Not able to make outbound call
Hey sorry this is probably a really easy fix, but I can't seem to get this working. I'm trying to make an outbound call using a call_now tag in my agent. The tag is being added onto my contact in GHL but for some reason it won't initiate the outbound call. The agent itself says it's able to make outbound calls and that there are no errors on assistables. I bought and imported my own number from Twilio that didn't fix it. I can call the number and it'll initiate the call & work fine, just having problems with outbound. Also just upgraded to the $279 plan but that didn't fix anything either, Added screenshots for context. I feel silly please let me know what I'm missing

Forwarding inbound calls
Quick question. I’m using AI phone numbers directly from Assistable, and I’m noticing something. When my AI outbound caller contacts a lead, some of those leads call the number back. The issue is that the AI isn’t set up for inbound calls, only outbound. Since the number was purchased directly through Assistable, not Twilio or GHL, I’m trying to figure out how to set it so that when someone calls that Assistable number back, the call gets forwarded to another number. I haven’t been able to find that option anywhere. Does anyone know how to set that up?

@Ahmad Elesawy rather than forwarding the call, the same outbound assistant can take the call.
Mobile App?
If i have a client that just uses an AI SMS agent to contact and qualify new leads from facebook ads, is there any way she'd be able to manually text the leads from her phone? Can assistable connect to lead connector somehow? She's currently using GHL for crm and has a lead connector number, so I'm curious how that'd look using an assistable number Thanks in advance!

Have her use lead connector to text her leads. Also show her how to turn off the AI if she wants to

It says in the call center tab appointments booked are specifically by voice AI, is there a way to get stats on whats booked by chat too?

You can create a automation when a lead is tagged with a specific tag and books to add that to ghl dashboard
