I had a few conversations with some realtors here in Germany, and they meant it's basically always the women who are the ones that make the decision to sell the home and not the men. One agent who's 25 years+ in business only had one man selling their home. Is this something across the board in real estate, or are Germans just weird? Could be worth knowing for targeting, right?

Trying to get my business manager verified and protected in preparation for running ads soon for my client. Running into a few issues with the account and getting it verified. Have looked into taking a work around path by creating an app and getting verified that way (through facebook developers) * The account was only created this year as my personal before joining this programme I deleted... If this has any affect on the process. This is my first time setting up the account and trying to protect from future possibilities of bans or shutdowns. I know verification is crucial for protecting my account against bans and shutdowns, but is it crucial to have sorted before onboarding my client today and gaining access to their account? (Ads will be ran on their ad account) TIA!

I think I messed up. Just about a week ago my clients ads starting gaining some traction and I was really excited and so were my cleints since I started booking them appointments and good one. The only thing was that my CPM was a bit high at about $60 and so my one of my mentors told me I should probably lower that and so I turned Adv+ placements off and that same day the cpm went down to about $35 but the leads had stopped coming in And so I waited a week, CPM was still at about $35 but still no leads and so I turned adv+ placements back on this Wednesday Sept 18th but I don't know if the leads will start coming back? I need some guidance.

Hey champs👑, Since now, I've done 26 sales calls and closed 5 of them. And it's all about the process and learning it like damn. So if you're struggling with sales and you're starting out, don't be afraid to face that. This is literally what it needs to get to the last 10% where it really hits. I had ZERO Sales after 15 sales calls. And in the next 11 calls, I've closed 5. The main learnings are aligning my offer to what the market wants and learning what to say to them so they feel understood and know that this is different.

Current situation: I have booked 12 appointements this week through my paid ads Desired situation: I want all of them to show up for the call Problem: All of my appointments didn't show up even though i have calendly reminders + go high level follow ups Attempted Solutions: I call them 1min to get them to show up for the meeting + reminders Question: How can i fix my atrocious show up rate?
