Vitamins??
There are so many advertisements at least here in the United States that talk about vitamins What are your thoughts on vitamins? As a healthy individual and not taking any medication what are your thoughts on what daily normal vitamins should be consumed? Currently I take a multivitamin and a glucosamine chondroitin for my knees which are a little sore but I think this makes it feel better. I take creatine everyday which is not a vitamin but maybe it's helpful. I think maybe I should be taking fish oil as I've read somewhere multiple times that is good for me as well. I love to know your thoughts?!

Movement
I've been seeing your videos on Facebook and you inspired me today. @Mark Ipaviz I needed to get the brakes in my car done and instead of having my wife pick me up and drop me off at the place I opted to ride my bike! Save the environment, burn a few calories, and get out there and move like you suggest! Thanks.

Burnout?
Hey @Mark Ipaviz Define "burnout" in your context please.

This is 100% me right now --- "chronic stress, poor recovery, constant pressure, and a life that never switches off". But I am energized, focused, I almost feel like a gambler that has been playing cards for 15 hours straight. I have a goal, I need to get it. I know I need rest. Tonight Ill get to sleep early. Thanks for the definition .

I was doing more research about this and it seems that burnout is if you are exhausted and you are no longer enjoying what you are doing. I may work late hours because I have to but as of right now I'm still enjoying it and I do not dread working after my family goes to sleep. I actually look forward to it. Based on that and the other research I don't think I have burn out, i just think I need a little bit more sleep! Lol
🥱 The Power Of Sleep 🛏️
Sleep is your most powerful burnout recovery tool. Your brain repairs, resets, and detoxifies while you sleep. If you’re not sleeping well, you’re not healing. Burnout heals at night, not during the day. Treat your sleep like an appointment with your future self non-negotiable.

@Mark Ipaviz at least I follow the first suggestion. 7-9 hours is a long time. I average about 6.5, but I sleep like a rock!
