There are so many advertisements at least here in the United States that talk about vitamins
What are your thoughts on vitamins?
As a healthy individual and not taking any medication what are your thoughts on what daily normal vitamins should be consumed?
Currently I take a multivitamin and a glucosamine chondroitin for my knees which are a little sore but I think this makes it feel better.
I take creatine everyday which is not a vitamin but maybe it's helpful.
I think maybe I should be taking fish oil as I've read somewhere multiple times that is good for me as well.
I love to know your thoughts?!
