Design Thinking Slide-Deck + Full 2 Hour Session Recording
Hey there! My team and I just launched a 2-hour, step-by-step Design Thinking video + slide deck + resources, all for free! Facilitating a Global Steering Committee
Hi Everyone, Hope you are doing well. I needed some inputs on an upcoming Leadership Event. I'm doing a program with Senior leaders (It's a Global Steering Committee comprised of CEOs from various regions across the world and a Board Member) for a Logistics Company. The objective of the Steering Committee is to bring about a change in the current way the company is run. Wherein they currently operate in their silos but now want to bring alignment in the way all the units across the globe work. This would ensure that their clients get the same experience no matter with whom and where they interact. Wanted your inputs specifically on if you have any ideas around activities/interventions that can be done in such a scenario. And if you have any ideas around an Icebreaker for such a session. The participant numbers will be 6 to 8 people. The session is one Day long. I have attached a copy of the program outline I've created so far. Thanks in advance :-) Raj

this seems like big goals to get out of one workshop. My first thoughts are is the LDJ might be a good framework. Find. what isn’t working and go to work on that. Emerge with an action plan.

Help with a change management workshop!
Hi there! My name is Patsy and I'm working in Reykjavík, Iceland. I'm very excited to be a part of this community and hope I can contribute as well as draw from your collective experiences. I've been given an opportunity to host a workshop for a public institution that is moving into new headquarters. There is a lot of change happening with the new move, including changing into an open plan office which I'm told there is a lot of resistance against 😬. Do any of you have tips for workshops that would help? Including possibly: - How to help people make the most of a "bad" situation - Getting everybody onboard with new changes; engaging people - Addressing people's fears about the move - Team-building in the face of change Any tips, links or insights would be very helpful to me! Hi @Patricia Þormar - Change Management is my speciality. Plus workshops is a key tool I use in my process. I would focus on getting the participants to design the 'how' of the implementation process and what the move looks like within whatever constraints are there. Lot's of context to understand in this, but basically use the workshop to empower the participants to have a say in the HOW
