To Journal or not to Journal?
As coaches we are required to be reflective during and post our training. Personally I find reflection, and with that, self coaching fairly easy and fast. Yet I still find myself challenged by journalling! It's just not a practice that I have been consistent in. Over the weekend I wondered if it would be helpful to do a CPD course in Journal Therapy - to help me but also in order that I might help others. I would appreciate your thoughts - What is your reflective practice? What are your thoughts about journaling? What are your experiences of it? How do you journal? Do you journal because you get results from it? If so what results? If you don't journal - is there any particular reason for not doing so? Thank you (in advance) for your insights and discussion on this topic.

Sorry I'm a bit late to this party! I've been journalling for 8 years now and it has helped me in my personal life and development enormously. There's loads i could say but I think its most helpful for me as a tool to get things off my chest during times of stress, worry, concern, sadness mostly. I feel that I've grown through my journalling. Journalling in the context of coaching - I like to use my voice recorder app to reflect after a session sometimes, rarely will I keep a written reflection for coaching (Unless I have to for the diploma etc)
Tech advice needed!
I'm looking for a way to send professional html emails to my contacts list without paying loads in subscription fees. Any ideas? Recommendations? What works for you? All responses appreciated.

Lovely meeting in our Coffee Monday. Thank you @Zoe Glenister , @Daniel Kemp and @Benjamin Botfield for joining to the meeting. Sounds all of us are going to be very busy this week. Please feel free to share your commitments in the coming week. Mine are: - Sorting invites to Motivation workshop - Work on December Newsletter - Work on Dripify sequences - Prepare for another group coaching session.

These Monday morning meet ups are so valuable.... and it's always great to meet new people. For me, this week is about prep for the hooks I will promote for the business in 2026 whilst making sure that I giving my existing clients the best possible experience. I'm loving the journey I'm on!
