To Journal or not to Journal?
As coaches we are required to be reflective during and post our training.
Personally I find reflection, and with that, self coaching fairly easy and fast. Yet I still find myself challenged by journalling! It's just not a practice that I have been consistent in.
Over the weekend I wondered if it would be helpful to do a CPD course in Journal Therapy - to help me but also in order that I might help others.
I would appreciate your thoughts -
What is your reflective practice?
What are your thoughts about journaling?
What are your experiences of it?
How do you journal?
Do you journal because you get results from it? If so what results?
If you don't journal - is there any particular reason for not doing so?
Thank you (in advance) for your insights and discussion on this topic.
