Hi All, I tuned out of this forum some time ago, as I was not seeing what I wanted from the Bot to make it useful for the purpose I envisage - it many 'here's another novelty' things, and not enough 'basic functionality' (and yes, I know these are not easy to implement). So I am sticking my head in the door again now, to see if anything has changed. I need two things: 1) - To be able to point the Bot at bulk sources of 'local' (eg Server folder) and 'cloud' (eg Dropbox store), information pertaining to my business, and have it 'ingest' this, so I can make queries of it 'internally', and expose some subset of that information to a public-facing support bot for customers. Also therefore, to allow it access to emails. An example use case might be: "what is the name of guy & his company from a couple of years ago that we spoke to about that software analysis tool?" 2) - Agentic functionality, were I could ask the Bot to summary, create a To Do list etc, again working from exclusive knowledge of 'internal data'. Hi, Any news on when we will be able to ‘feed’ a bot the contents of a drive/directory, rather than having to do single document uploads? It was a request from a couple of months ago, I know it had some enthusiasm, but am not sure where it is within the development pipeline! Thanks, Damian
