Mineral spring water
Just sharing a great spring water Manna grocery is now carrying. Has all the minerals still in them and not filtered out. Great way to get electrolytes from your water (like it should be) instead of from sports drinks

Fruit-Infused Water 💦
I don’t know much, but I know two things for sure: 👉Most people don’t love drinking water. 👉Water/hydration is one of our core foundational strategies. So what’s a girl to do? 😉 I went on a little statistics hunt, and what I discovered didn’t surprise me at all. Per www.statista.com, only 25% of beverages consumed in 2022 were bottled water. 1.5% was from value-added water (water with enhancers, flavors, etc.) and 9.4% was from tap water. That’s a total of 35.9%. All other beverages consumed (around 64.1%) were a mixture of alcohol, soft drinks, tea, fruit juices, milk, etc. If you’d like to read these statistics for yourself, here is the link: U.S. beverage consumption share by segment 2022 | Statista Either way, I think it’s safe to say that most Americans don’t love drinking just plain ol’ H2O. 😉 Fortunately, I have a good answer, and it’s called fruit-infused water. 🍋 Not only are you optimally hydrating when you drink fruit-infused water, but you’re also squeezing in another basic component we’ve discussed before – micronutrients (aka, vitamins and minerals)! Drinking water doesn’t have to be grueling, friends! Spice it up with your favorite fruits and herbs and reap all of the wonderful benefits! If you need some fruit-infused recipes, check out the link below for ideas! 8 Infused Water Recipes - Culinary Hill SWEATY FUN FACT: Did you know that you lose more than just water when you sweat? That’s right! You also lose sodium and other electrolytes when you sweat; therefore, it’s important to replenish them after a good sweat sesh! 💦 There are plenty of great electrolyte water options out there today! My favorite is just good ole homemade electrolyte (spring) water with fresh squeezed lemon & sea salt / Celtic salt. Simple and cheap! TAKING ACTION: - Okay, time to ‘fess up, friends! How’s your commitment to drinking water? Have you found a trick that helps you drink more than you used to? If so, share your tip below!

Dopamine Hits
“Instead of turning to food, turn to yourself.” –Unknown Here’s the deal. There aren’t many other things in life that give you a quick dopaminergic “feel good” rush like processed food. It’s sad, but it’s true. If it wasn’t true, we wouldn’t have a 42%+ obesity rate in the United States alone. People turn to food. The interesting part about this is the fact that you don’t even have to be sad for your brain to say, “I want this”. Your brain just knows that these franken foods give you a quick rush and that indulging in them makes you feel good — temporarily — until the next time you crave that “feel-good” feeling…💯 The truth is, ANY form of dopaminergic (dopamine) energy is short-lived. You’re not going to feel good 100% of the time. That last cookie you consumed is going to wear off. That last intense workout is going to wear off. That last shopping spree is going to wear off. The rush from that last risky chance you took is going to wear off. Friends, this is why it’s important to find healthy tools to give you those “feel good” moments. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to feel good. Healthy dopamine levels are critical for a healthy life and body. But are your dopamine sources healthy or unhealthy? That’s the question you need to ask yourself. Again, there aren’t many other things in life that give you a quick dopaminergic “feel good” rush like processed food. That’s why you must start retraining your system and your dopamine requirements. I encourage you to show up here tomorrow to learn more! ⭐️ TAKING ACTION: - Can you see now how everything (in terms of dopamine hits) is temporary? Wouldn’t you rather choose a healthy option for the necessary dopamine releases you need?

Daily struggle with working mom life sometimes you want to grab something quick. But just with anything else you care about you learn to be more intentional, if you care about your health you'll take the time 💕

Tuesday Eats!
If you’re anything like me, you probably enjoyed your fair share of holiday treats over the last couple of months; however, we’re in a new season now – a season where we’re going to reset, refocus, and lay a strong foundation for the rest of 2025! Setting yourself up for a great year doesn’t mean depriving yourself of treats, but it does mean you have to be more intentional with what you’re putting into your body. 💯 With that in mind, how about a sweet treat that’s: ✅ gluten-free ✅ dairy free ✅ and low in carbs (thanks to the fiber!) ✅ low in processed sugar I know, it sounds too good to be true. Except that it isn’t…👏 If you’ve ever tried the Tru Fru Dark Chocolate Raspberries, you’re going to LOVE this recipe! The best part about it is that this recipe is tweaked just enough to make this popular snack healthier, and more aligned with your nutritional goals – yet, still just as delicious! 😍 Make sure you use a dairy-free yogurt option like So Delicious (The recipe creator uses Siggi’s 4%, but any dairy-free yogurt will work)! Chocolate Covered Frozen Raspberries - Eating Bird Food P.S. If you prefer another fruit other than raspberries, this recipe will still work! TAKING ACTION: - Have you tried Tru Fru snacks before? Do you love them as much as everyone else does? If so, share your excitement below about trying this new, healthier, and goal-oriented recipe today!
