Intro
Hi, I’m Eve from Australia 👋 Fitness goals: Lose around 5% body weight (with full acknowledgment that the goalposts will probably keep moving), reduce body fat, build lean muscle, and look visibly more toned 🤞🏻. Most importantly, I’m here to lock in consistent habits around nutrition, movement, and recovery — and to reverse a massive loss of muscle mass, because skinny legs are not my jam. Death row meal: A full Korean feast — extra-crispy fried chicken, jjajang myeon, jjampong, and everything Korean. If it’s my last meal, I’m choosing flavour, carbs, and chaos. No regrets.

@Darren Liu told me "nobody cares"😅
One small win from the last sevens days!
We have a huge family, so we split up Christmas celebrations. This past week started with Christmas dinner with my family…one of my favorite meals (lasagna), tons of desserts, and candy bags everywhere. I had a small plate of lasagna and literally one bite of a cookie. We ended the week with a Christmas party for my staff, also Italian food, but we had a big salad, so that’s what I ate and I skipped dessert altogether. Two major Christmas parties, amazing food, lots of temptation… and I stayed intentional. That feels like a big win for me this week.

@Cher H Staying intentional is where it's at! Things won't always be in your favor but you just have to do the best you can with what's available. Way better than just saying F it all

Running win 🏃🏽‍♂️
I’ve never loved running, but since my knee surgery back in August, the mental side has honestly been harder than the physical part. Trusting my knee again, pushing past the “should I stop?” voice… that’s usually where I tap out. Until now, my runs have been short and safe. 1km jogs, break, repeat. Stop as soon as doubt shows up. Today I changed the approach. Instead of chasing distance, I set one simple rule: run for 20 minutes and reassess. I hit 20 minutes, realized I still had more in me, and just kept going. Ended up with 30 minutes of nonstop jogging and 4km total, a PR for me since surgery. The best part is that my knee felt completely fine the whole time. Big reminder that breakthroughs aren’t always physical. Sometimes, it’s deciding not to stop when your brain tells you to.

@Matthias Müller Yeah there are a lot of places to run out here with quite a few parks. I like to just run around my condo so that it's not far and a lower barrier of entry 😅

@Valerie Frey I'm definitely a solo runner! Way too introverted to run in a group haha. I would imagine running with a group would be easier for a push to keep you going.
