As part of the practitioner cohort this time I had some profound shifts in the workshop with @Adam Carbary this week. So inspired by @Richie Cummings I have decided to commit to a daily morning practice. I feel as though I am exactly where I need to be right now and believe that cementing this practice into my wake up routine will support another shift. The first hour of my mornings are so important to me since recovering from addiction. This feels like the final piece of that jigsaw. Posting it here because for me accountability is key to success 🙏
