Looook what I made last night 😁 Holy DAYAM! These are goooood!🙌🏽 And bonus - Super fast and easy to throw together!! Next time I will pull a @Koren Heron and instead of mayo- will Use cottage cheese for the sauce These come out to approximately 43 grams of protein from the beef, egg and cheese- and if I used cottage cheese I’d pile on more sauce and up the protein even higher! These are SO crispy, SO delicious and SO heavenly in my mouth!!🤤 Think you’d give these a try?? Let me know below with pics or vids what you’re eating today!!!😘

Stoked! Mine exploded a little but damn soooo good. I made a curry “mayo” for the sauce yummy!
Note on shoes....
I just switched out my work out runners for some flat soled shoes for lifting and damn what a massive change. I parked myself at the Smith Machine for a round of lower body yesterday and I kept having to add weight! The extra stability is insane!

LETS START A MOTIVATION THREAD FOR TODAY!
Hey everyone!!😍 How is everyone’s day and workouts coming along today?!! Since a few of you have been posting your post workout vids and selfies, yummy food and plans, my heart has felt soooo happy!😍. I haven’t been getting notifications when you do post - except for when it’s in one of my own , so forgive me if I don’t see it or respond right away!! Let’s keep the momentum going - and start a thread each day to motivate each other!!! 💪🏽 I just got finished my workout today, I did lifting AND sprinting and I am feeling 🤪😍🤩💪🏽 after!! Here’s a pic of post workout yumminess- lactose free cottage cheese-- I used one cup - which is 28 grams of protein ,plus about 10 grams of vanilla protein powder. I also added 10 grams of creatine , blueberries and blackberries - for some freaking DELICIOUS muscle building, fat burning, antioxidant rich , creamy vanilla berry heaven in ma mouth!🙌🏽 I’ll be posting my workout today later on - stay tuned! I need to edit some clips to put a video together and then will post!! But until then, keep the momentum going and post your pics Or videos below!!👇🏽

I made this absolutely banging snack for under 300 calories and 30 grams of protein! I have got to say why the hell did I think cottage cheese was gross??? All this time it's been THE perfect dupe for mayo. I am going to put that shit on everything!!!

Needed something decadent but still in my macros so I made Truffle Mac & Cheese with Chickpea Pasta. Made a rue with a little butter and flour for the base of the cheese sauce. Added a medium cheddar cheese string and milk. I found it wasn’t enough milk so I added a little pasta water to the sauce till it was the creamy consistency I wanted. Added in sautéed garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach then topped it with a little shredded parmigiana and a few drops of truffle oil. So yummy! Almost forgot there is 80g of chicken in there too lol. Gotta get that protein!
Logging Those Macros When you Have No Time to Prep
I am notoriously behind and always running late. I want to be prepared but realistically, I know myself. This is what I do for work... I often bring a few ingredients in a container and then just put together the most beautiful lunches at work. I like things fresh and cut up into little pieces for my salads so this method works out really well for me. I keep a few staples like salad dressing and pickles in the fridge as well I also bulk buy tuna and keep a desk drawer full for those days when I was really behind and didn't grab anything. I am focused on keeping track of my macros (I NEED ALL THE PROTEIN) so one other handy thing I keep in my desk is a spoon scale. I am having smoked salmon again today and it is soooo damn yummy!!!
