I have to say, I do sleep “better” than I was before starting HRT , but I still find myself waking up and moving around a ton , restless- even on my nights I have optimal sleep scores! As you all have seen in other videos, I prioritize my sleeps most nights with different practices and routines. BUT!☝🏽
I can not remember the last time I actually slept all
Through the night without waking up multiple times- it’s definitely been years and years!
