Gentleman hello, I hope you are having a great week. I am looking to upgrade my shoe care products. Which brands would you recommend the most for leather shoes? I have three pairs of brogues and 1 pair of penny loafers. I’d be looking to buy: Polish, conditioner and a general cleaner. I often have to fight salt marks in the colder months. Thanks Curtis

I love this magazine. It seems tricky to find, mainly airports and some London train stations, but no other magazine has such good photos of distinguished masculinity. GQ can be great but they often feature quite low end brands and street wear, not only that I feel like I don't need any politics from such a rag. Sure I can't afford most of what's advertised in The Rake but I don't think that's so important. Any other fans of this excellent appropriation of paper?

Anyone else here find it therapeutic to polish their shoes? It’s one of my favorite things to do to unwind.
