Great day Family. Day 2 is underway! Only 3 exercises: ✅Crunches ✅Seated Knee Tucks ✅Plank 👉30 seconds on (Work) 👉30 seconds off (Rest) 👉Only 3 rounds each! 👀 And it will only take you a whopping 8 minutes and 30 seconds 🤯 Make the time and get it done. Is there a different exercise instead of the seated knee tucks with similar results? I’m having a hard time with it due to lower back pain. 🙃
