Half The Battle is Showing Up?
I’m sure you’ve heard the saying or might of said β€œHalf the battle is showing up. While that may be true. Have you ever thought about the half of that equation? Well, I believe the half are made up of two quarters. 1. Preparation 2. Execution Think of your favorite sports team, actor, or artist. Before they go into battle (play/perform) they prepare. The first quarter is preparation and that looks like, practicing plays before a game, rehearsing a role for a show/ movie, or a dance routine before hitting the stage. Preparation leads to better execution. Which leads to the second quarter, execution. This is when you put it all together. This where we perform, play to win if you will. Now, we can adopt this mindset when it comes to improving our health and transforming our bodies. When we prepare properly and execute effectively, it gives β€œHalf the battle is showing up” more meaning. How To Succeed In 2026!
By March 80% of individuals give up on their fitness goals. 40% give up by February and 20% in January. Only 8-10% of individuals stick to their health fitness goals throughout the year. Reason why most individuals give up: ❌No plan ❌Unrealistic goals ❌No accountability If you want to see it through this year, do the exact opposite. βœ…Have a plan… something you can stick to. βœ…Set realistic goals… not losing 20 lbs in 1 week. That’s not realistic. βœ…Have an accountability partner/group βœ… Have a compelling WHY. Do this and you will be successful. Hope you find this helpful.
