Has anyone here done this and what is your experience. Seems challenging. Considered doing a stack but that short window has me bit gun shy plus finding well experienced QI. Any input is appreciated.
I have several QIs I can refer. Also, make sure to locate multiple properties. Turn in multiple addresses in case something doesn't pan out, you have a backup plan
