I got featured!!
So excited to share that I am officially featured in the Local Highlighter Series with Voyage Raleigh. This one is special because it goes deeper than just business. We talked about life, values, legacy, and the journey behind the scenes. The parts people do not always see. If you have ever wondered how purpose, faith, and real life experiences shape the work I do, this interview will resonate with you. Take a few minutes to read it and let me know what part stood out to you most. Read the full feature here: https://voyageraleigh.com/interview/life-values-legacy-our-chat-with-dr-stevii-mills-of-greensboro-highlight Grateful for the opportunity to share my story and represent Greensboro in this way.

This is awesome đŸ‘đŸŸ! Congratulations 🎉
Build First. Perfect Later.
Good morning. It’s Monday, which means you’re not behind. You’re being invited back into intention. As a course creator, your work is not about content. It’s about clarity. People don’t pay for information. They pay for movement. From confusion to confidence. From stuck to supported. From idea to income. This week, shift how you measure progress. Not by how much you post. Not by how perfect it looks. Measure it by how clearly you lead. How boldly you decide. How consistently you show up even when the results are still catching up. Your course does not need to be louder. It needs to be truer. Truer to who you are, what you know, and the transformation you’re here to facilitate. Today, do one thing that moves the needle. One outline. One offer decision. One message that speaks directly to the person you’re called to serve. Momentum is built in moments like this. Quiet. Focused. Intentional. Let’s build this week on purpose.

I needed this reminder. I am balancing serving current clients and building the infrastructure to scale. It's Tuesday, and this week I realized that I have to focus more on marketing and systems, only two days per week in my schedule now, vs. whenever I want. One thing I learned in 2025 was that it's easier to be consistent when you have a plan and stick to it. That's how I ended up with my first $5k month (February) in years in my coaching business. I am reminding myself that MANY people need what I offer. We just need to tell them clearly and consistently how we can help/transform their situation.

I might be there if I can't sleep.... 😮
Course Creators
The session this morning was so helpful. Marketing training topics are evergreen. We can always improve. I was specifically reminded that collaborations allow us to borrow an audience from someone with a complementary offer. Definitely planning to send out a few messages to proposw a phone call to see which prospects are potential collabators.

Why Most Courses Never Become Contract Worthy
One pattern I see constantly in course based businesses. People build courses around what they know, but not around what someone is already paying for. A course can be beautifully designed and still never convert into a contract, consulting offer, or retained opportunity. The difference is not effort. It is positioning. Courses that turn into contracts usually do 3 things well. They solve a problem that already has a budget. They are specific enough to be implemented inside an organization. They clearly connect learning outcomes to business results. When a course is built with contracts in mind, it stops being just content. It becomes proof of capability. This is where many creators get stuck. They focus on completion instead of conversion. If your course had to justify its value to a decision maker, not a student, what would need to change? That question alone tends to shift everything.
