On SEPTEMBER 1ST we officially kick off our πŸ”₯ WrestleFit Challenge of the Month πŸ”₯ β€” testing your strength, stamina, and consistency all month long! πŸ’ͺ Choose Your Challenge (or go beast mode and do all 3): 1. Push-Ups: 1,000 total push-ups in September. 2. Squats: 2,000 squats in September. 3.
