On SEPTEMBER 1ST we officially kick off our šŸ”„ WrestleFit Challenge of the Month šŸ”„ — testing your strength, stamina, and consistency all month long! šŸ’Ŗ Choose Your Challenge (or go beast mode and do all 3): 1. Push-Ups: 1,000 total push-ups in September. 2. Squats: 2,000 squats in September. 3.
