WrestleFit Warriors, the countdown is on... On SEPTEMBER 1ST we officially kick off our π₯ WrestleFit Challenge of the Month π₯ β testing your strength, stamina, and consistency all month long! πͺ Choose Your Challenge (or go beast mode and do all 3): 1. Push-Ups: 1,000 total push-ups in September. 2. Squats: 2,000 squats in September. 3. Cardio Blast: 30 minutes of cardio (run, bike, row, etc.) at least 12 times in September. π Leaderboard Rules: - Post your daily/weekly progress in the comments starting September 1st. - Tag updates with #WarriorChallenge so we can track your grind. - The Leaderboard will be updated every week so we all see whoβs putting in work. π Winner Rewards: π
