Is it possible to use the Assistable phone number for voice & sms and connect to assistant as well as things like calendar, fb/ig, etc. WITHOUT GHL

Hey everyone! So I'm thinking about offering AI Phone services(receptionist, booking appointments etc) to small-medium sized businesses which I'm trying to learn at the moment. Do you think there is an actual demand for such service? Appreciate for any tips.
