Stop treating AI like a bad intern
If we’re talking growing a business, we have to talk about scaling. And if we talk about scaling, we have to talk about leverage. For months, I was doing the opposite. I was babysitting. I treated AI like an intern with short-term memory loss . Copy prompt. Paste. Copy prompt. Paste. A week later... "Uh... where was that chat that gave me that awesome post? How did I do that again?" I thought I was being productive. Actually, I was just being a really efficient typist. I stopped babysitting. True leverage is doing the heavy lifting once . I use a workflow where turn a 30-minute task into a 30-second tool. Here is the framework so you can steal it for your own SOPs : 1. The Interview: Stop explaining. Force the AI to interview you to get the context . 2. The Gap Analysis: Ask the AI to find its own blind spots before it generates a single word . 3. The Freeze: Turn that perfect conversation into a hard-coded instruction set . 4. The Build: Save it as a permanent asset (Gem or Custom GPT) that never forgets . No more pasting context. No more "delve." Just instant execution. I attached the blueprint below. Hope this helps you guys tighten up your systems. Curious... what’s the one specific task where you feel like you're constantly fighting with the AI right now?

Loved the co-working session
Thanks for being so welcoming on my first co-working call. I'm glad I was able to drop in last minute. What a savvy group of professionals. We are in different stages but everyone is working on solid ideas. What a cool group.
