🆕 Purposeful Misspellings In Chat
Have you AI purposefully misspell words and correct itself to seem more human. Just turn it on and set a percentage of frequency which will be random on each run - recommended 8% - 12% for the most human feel :) This will only work in production at the moment, not chat lab*

Do we have a way to add pronunciation like in Retell?
The model is saying a word funky but I got it perfectly in retell doing the IPA pronunciation stuff.

@Jorden Williams You rock! And the keyword function they have is perfect too! It seems to update it in the tts. As I try to tell it a keyword in the prompt here but the chat still hears the word all funky. The word is Sportime. Once I added that in the keyword section in retell it always heard it like that and not sporthihm, sportM or other crazy things it's hearing now.

Have you seen the 11labs voice chat widget

Making Videos / Course, what do you want?
I'm re-doing our courses and how-to videos with modern ones. Beside the basic stuff, is there any build scenarios or situation handling that you want to see documented?

@Luis Garibay We are currently doing hubspot and Retell inside Make. I will probably have content out here soon. I would assume you could substitute what I have for Retell with Assistable, maybe incoming webhook or something.

Outbound Queue
How have you guys managed concurrent calls and an outbound Queue. Like if your concurrent is only at 20 yet 400 people get tagged how do I make sure it's not just calling all throughout the night.

@Jorden Williams Okay cool. I guess if there was a nice "hours of calling" and I put like like 12 to 4 for the client time zone that would be leet status haha. And then it just knows call these people this time, these that time. I may have to build out something more custom if I want that though :)
