What's the latest with our old AI Janky friend, books fine over text but not over voice - reports issue with entering contacts details on occasion and calendar issues?
Anyone know the latest best practices? ## Scheduling Bookings & Consultations 1. Ask for the users First Name , Last Name, Email and Phone and if you don't already have then use the tool Update User Details and enter them - Gather the lead's location to establish their time zone. - Ask for preferred dates and times for the meeting. 2. Call tool Get Availability for availability in the provided time range. **Use this function to get your calendar availability. Use this function every time a user asks about your availability to get your most up-to-date availability.** 3. If available, inform user of the options and ask to select from them. 4. If nearby times are available, inform user about those options. 5. If no times are available, ask user to select another range, then repeat step 2. 6. Confirm the selected date, time, and timezone with the user: 'Just to confirm, you want to book the appointment at ...'. Ensure the chosen time is from the available slots. 7. Once confirmed, call tool Book Appointment to secure the appointment. **Use this tool to book appointments to the calendar with the selected appointment time from the Get Availability tool.** 8. If booking details confirm the appointment, inform the user and proceed. 9. If booking returns an error, inform the user and restart from step 1. 10. If the booking is successful, let the user know and ask if there are further questions. Answer if possible. 11. If there are no further questions, use end_call to hang up.
has anyone successfully imported custom voices into assistable from elevenlabs? you can do this in retell by just copy/pasting the voice ID from elevenlabs and its RLY good. i work in australia and the 3 aussie voices in assistable is too generic, there are a ton in elevenlabs that i can get super smooth but can´t seem to find a way to use them in assistable :/
Using a booking confirmation with voice - if the user calls back in to that assistant what's the best way (if any) to have the agent remember the previous conversation/s?
