My son waiting for me to get him to basketball practice. I came out and found him meditating on the roof of my car 😆 Lake Michigan chi on my recent visit to my parents. Beautiful, peaceful time spent with them and my sisters 💕

Hey Gang, what's the plan for this week? Is it to do the coherence breathing, to do the shake, tap, slap? Maybe it's stretching, if so, how long etc. Just by writing it down, you increase your chance of success, so I cannot wait to read your pledge. Mike

Continue to spend more time outside. Add coherence breathing to my daily practice but before bed for better sleep

I commit to spending 2 hours a day outside. I commit to the 5 daily exercises, totaling 25 minutes a day, including the hums. (I'll do my best to add the sniffs 😆). I commit, if only for this week, to go to sleep without my phone or TV playing my favorite bedtime show and use proper bed hygiene instead. Mouth tape, nasal strips mindfulness etc

Hi Cheri, I lie in Nevada, so we are both on PST. I'd love to have a partner! I am really looking to get energy, focus, release and more knowledge and education out of this course. I can offer to be a reminder to get outside, try to answer questions, do exercises together?? Whatever works best for you. I still have school aged kids. So, I am often driving around like a maniac and would love a partner in this:)
