We’re officially five days into the 28-Day Breathwork Challenge, and here’s the good news: It’s not too late to jump in. Breathwork isn’t a “start on Day 1 or it doesn’t count” kind of thing. The benefits stack fast, and the tools you learn will carry into every training cycle you do from here on out. A couple early wins from the crew: @Drew Blair : “Long day. Up at 4, home at 8. Did the session in bed and almost knocked out. Slept like a rock. My sleep score hit 85 and the insight literally said I balanced stress well thanks to recovery. This helped big time.” @Kacie Gaustad: “...doing it after work was a perfect reset from chaos.” This is why we’re doing this. Better recovery. Better focus. Better control. Better training.
