Hey! 🪽💖Welcome to Don't Give Up December! — our focus challenge for the month designed to help you stay consistent, confident, and in control during the festive season 🎄 This month, our theme is all about keeping in control.We’re focusing on the small daily actions that make the BIG difference — because consistency is what creates confidence. 🙌 Its Christmas and you are allowed to enjoy it... we will be focussing on refraining from binge mode and as you can get through my DITCH THE DIET INTRO COURSE QUICKLY - you will understand how you of not need to panic just because of Christmas, 💫 Your December Focus: Pick ONE or TWO areas to commit to for the next 4 weeks:✅ Movement – Hit your step goal each week.✅ Mindset – Write one positive win daily ✅ Nutrition – Focus on eating to content not stuffed.✅ Self-Care – Do one thing each day just for you (even if it’s 5 minutes!). 🗓️ How it works: 1️⃣ Comment below with your chosen DECEMBE focus (e.g. “I’m committing to 8K STEPS a day and will log my wins in the group. I will eat to being content by drinking water with my meals" 2️⃣ Check in weekly on the Monday Accountability Post with your progress for this challenge. 3️⃣ Share your best win every Friday Reflection to keep your momentum going. 🏆 At the end of DECEMBER: We’ll celebrate together in a “DECEMBER Wrap-Up” post — and I’ll be giving a special shoutout (or mini prize!) to the person who’ve shown up the most.
