Sundays are a perfect time to set the tone for the new week. A fresh shave, polished shoes, and clothes laid out for Monday can do more than just save time, it puts you in a winning mindset. How do you prepare your style and routine on Sundays?

Traveling home outfit . . . Loro Piana reversible linen warm-up jacket; Brunello Cucinelli blue chambray spread-collar button-up shirt; Luciano Barbera cotton-wool drawstring pants; Southern Scholar tan calf-length socks; Peter Millar gray nubuck loafers; Apple Watch Hermès Series 10 with Grand H stainless steel watch band; Stefano blue cotton flat cap; Hermès cashmere and silk scarf.

My daily wardrobe usually varies between wearing a dark colored suit with black oxfords and no tie, to wearing light colored dress pants/chinos with brown loafers, white or light blue dress shirt and brown sport jacket. I never wear ties. Working in the tech environment(software development) I have had comments that I am to well dressed for my job and should wear something less formal. A year ago(also working in tech) I used to wear sneakers with jeans and bright t-shirts with motorcycle logos or races(big fan) but I started to change to my current style. My question is: Am I making others discomfortable by wearing a more formal wear in a work field that is known for being casual?
