It’s preseason new Head Coach and inexperienced QBs but man, they aren’t looking any different. Gotta keep the faith. The shirt, True Classic Tee The shorts, Brooks Brothers linen The watch, Apple The shoes, Florsheim suede penny loafers The scent, Gucci Guilty, the wife took a smell and said “very nice but it’s no Jazz Club” The hair, by me Make it a great day!

Sunday Reset
Sundays are a perfect time to set the tone for the new week. A fresh shave, polished shoes, and clothes laid out for Monday can do more than just save time, it puts you in a winning mindset. How do you prepare your style and routine on Sundays?

@Michael McDonnell I wouldn't go back to what I know. I'd do new things. The food pantry was happy to have me.

@Michael McDonnell sorry to hear that. You have to reinvent yourself. I know the SBA is always looking for help guiding people in business. You could pursue training in another field or even to sharpen your skills to be able to compete. You can not let your old job be your identity. There has to be something else.

Using formal/business wear in a tech environment
My daily wardrobe usually varies between wearing a dark colored suit with black oxfords and no tie, to wearing light colored dress pants/chinos with brown loafers, white or light blue dress shirt and brown sport jacket. I never wear ties. Working in the tech environment(software development) I have had comments that I am to well dressed for my job and should wear something less formal. A year ago(also working in tech) I used to wear sneakers with jeans and bright t-shirts with motorcycle logos or races(big fan) but I started to change to my current style. My question is: Am I making others discomfortable by wearing a more formal wear in a work field that is known for being casual?

When I applied for my first job at 15, my father said, dress for the job you want. That would be my suggestion, dress to impress, you never know what will happen.
