Hey everyone, hope you all had an amazing Christmas and got some good time with family, rest, and perspective. We’re about to roll into a brand new year, so I want to encourage you to slow down for a bit this week and really review your numbers and your year as a whole. What worked well? What went poorly? Where did you grow? Where did you stall out? What needs to be improved, delegated, or eliminated completely? Get honest about the wins and the misses, and then get your goals written down before the new year hits. Revenue goals, deal goals, systems, habits, relationships, everything. Clarity beats guessing. If you’d like to share your goals with the group, I’d love to see what you’re building toward. I’ll share mine once I’ve got them finalized.
