What’s up everyone. I’m opening up FREE LEADS to the community for the month of December. If it goes well, I’ll keep it rolling. I recently signed up for nationwide leads through Dollar Deals Club and have been sending them to Brett, but he’s slammed. The lead quality has also been a bit all over the place. Some are solid. Some say they never spoke to anyone. Some want full retail. Some are just mad at the world. Rather than let these stack up, I’m giving them out for FREE. Only requirement: you give me first rights to dispo and we split the profit 50/50, whether I’m the one who handles dispo or we find someone else. If I find out you locked something up and cut me out, that’s an automatic removal from the group. This will be built on TRUST. Quick Idea while writing this question. Maybe create a Q&A section on here and then answer them on the calls? One for Chris, have you ever dispoed a flip deal subto? Allowing the end buyer to take over the mortgage subto during their renovation and then seller gets paid a portion of the proceeds? or a combo of the 2?
