Hello, I want to create a skool that has a free membership but with ability to upgrade to paid group coaching and upgraded to paid one on ones. How can I do all of this with skool? Because if I give everyone free access, it looks like they can see the group calls on the calendar. So they could hop on for free when I do want to charge. Would love some help figuring out how to structure this.

I decided to create a Skool group and upload a course so I can use it as a lead magnet for my agency. Two days after the launch, I already have 38 members, and I closed $4k in deals from clients who want my DWY offer!
