What Gives You Energy?
We always talk about what drains us, the stress, the people, the routines that wear us down. But let’s flip it today. What gives you energy? What’s one thing that instantly lifts your mood or grounds you when life gets messy? It might be something simple, time in nature, dancing in your kitchen, laughing with a friend, or getting lost in a hobby. Those little moments remind us who we are underneath all the noise. Your turn, what fills your cup?

The Pattern Breaker Moment
Can you think of a time recently when you caught yourself about to fall into an old pattern… and stopped? That pause....... even just noticing it, is where real change begins. It’s not about getting it perfect, it’s about catching yourself and choosing differently. Maybe you stayed quiet when you wanted to speak, or said yes when you meant no, but this time… you didn’t. Share your moment below, every small win matters.

Yes that pause is where the magic happens as you are actively choosing to not slip back into the habbit or way of thinking. I find my master to do list also helps for me to focus and get the quick wins ticked off for the day. My wife and I are trying 40 minutes of timed focus and then we break for 20 minutes. It is early days with it but yesterday we made some good progress on our to do lists 💪

@Lorene Roberts couldn't agree more!
“If You Could Go Back…”
If you could go back and give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be? We all have that one lesson we wish we’d known earlier, something that would’ve saved us time, pain, or energy. What’s yours?

I would tell my younger self you have got this.. mistakes are ok as they teach you how to grow. Enjoy every moment and invest your time in community as it is everything ✨️

@Lorene Roberts thanks 😊
Day 4 just dropped…
and this one might challenge you a little. Sometimes the harshest voice we hear is our own. What did you catch yourself saying, that you’d never say to someone you love? Lets have a discussion around what you found, you might be surprised how many others say the same thing to themselves.

@Lorene Roberts this is great to hear that you are breaking the loop and old cycles. I can also resonate and relate as I have also been this way for many years. We are all work in progress and self awareness, pausing and telling yourself you are worthy and a great person (and not listening and believing that default inner critic) is key as well 😊

@Lorene Roberts yes it is daily work and it has taken me a long time to realise ny self worth. Skool has been a big help and boost in that regard ❤️
Day 1 Reflection: What’s Your Intention?
Every transformation begins with clarity. Today’s focus is simple but powerful — setting your intention. If you haven’t yet, head into the classroom and complete Day 1 – Setting Your Intention before answering this reflection. Then take a deep breath and ask yourself: - Why am I here? - What do I want to feel, release, or remember during this challenge? Now finish this sentence in the comments 👇“My intention for this challenge is.......…” There’s no right or wrong answer, this is your journey. Writing it down helps anchor your energy and reminds you that change begins with awareness. Let’s begin this reset with love and purpose.

I will share first 😬 My intention for this challenge is to find calm in my busy storm of a life where I am juggling a full time job, Family life with a wife and my 2 children, running 2 Skool Communities and 2 YouTube Channels crating content. I intend to work out which route is my true calling. Right now I am enjoying it all (apart from my full time job) but I question myself as to how long can you maintain this level of plate spinning? I hope to discover what my true calling is amongst all of it all and to try my best to avoid burnout out
