@Chad Samuel This is super! How can I connect and learn how you built this process?
Voice Agent
Quick advice request from an operator, not a dev. (I am open to DMs or other platform to discuss further too!) I’m building a small voice AI agency focused on sales and operations use cases for SMB clients (inbound call handling, outbound follow-ups, appointment setting, lead qualification, etc.). My background is in sales + operations; I’m new to coding but happy to learn tools like n8n or Make if it materially improves what I can deliver. For those of you who have actually deployed production voice agents (not just tinkered): - Which platform(s) are you using today for real-time voice agents, and why did you choose them? (e.g. Vapi, Retell, ConvoCore, Bland, Synthflow, LiveKit, Retell, Twilio, Deepgram/ElevenLabs stacks, etc.). - If you were in my shoes (ops/sales background, working with non-technical SMB clients), what would you pick today for: - 1. Fastest path to revenue (I can deploy working agents quickly). - 2. Low “oh s**t” risk around reliability, latency, and support. - 3. Enough flexibility to integrate with CRMs and automation tools (via n8n/Make/Zapier or native integrations). - What’s one platform you’d avoid for an agency model like this, and why? (Pricing gotcha, poor support, bad latency, lock-in, etc.). Constraints / context: - I’m fine paying for a solid tool if it helps me close and retain clients. - I’d prefer something with a visual builder or good docs so I’m not blocked as a non-developer. - I want to standardize on 1–2 platforms for my first 10–20 clients, not build a unique stack for everyone. If you were optimizing for speed to first $5–10k MRR with voice agents, what stack would you bet on and why?

@Hicham Char is Vapi easy to deploy for clients? And easy enough for me as a no-code person to get my hands dirty in configuring the backend? Any resources I can be pointed to give me an edge? What about cost per customer and overages? I have read that some of these systems price per minute which can add up quickly depending on the clients needs. Thanks in advance.

How is VAPI for providing dashboard analytics to clients?

Week Two Reflection: Consistency Over Comfort Self accountability 🥈
This week taught me one important lesson: progress doesn’t come from feeling ready; it comes from showing up anyway. 🚀 I’ve been developing a tool that I keep referred to in the video as an “automation” tool. However, I know better it’s a custom quote generator. 🧾 This tool features reusable templates, allowing companies to avoid the tedious process of rebuilding quotes from scratch. They won’t have to jump into Canva, place images, format text, and repeat that entire process each time. Or constantly looking for files to copy paste The contents to not have to write it down every time The real value lies not in buzzwords, but in the time saved. ⏱️ I’m new to this, and things break; some features only work halfway. My laptop moves as if it's on vacation! 💻🐢 However, I still committed. 🔁 Here’s what I learned: - Consistency beats talent when talent gets tired. 💪 - Confidence comes after taking action. 💼 - Broken things are feedback, not failure. 🧠 Nothing is perfect yet. The user interface still needs improvement, and the templates aren’t finished. But I’m not the same person I was two weeks ago Heck! I’m not even the same person I was a year ago. 🌟 This journey isn’t just about building one app; it’s about developing discipline. 📈 If I occasionally use the wrong words, understand that my intentions are right. I might call it “automation,” but what I really mean is saving people time and reducing stress. 😊 And if my Accent sounds different, that’s just the Caribbean in me! 🌴 I’m focused on fixing code, not my accent. So for those that might have an accent remember what matters most is your hard work and dedication 😂🫡👊🏾 Week two is complete, and week three is on the way. I’m not stopping! 🚀
