I think I cooked with this one...
Finally giving my view on JEV in my classic history and fundamentals fashion but... This one is a little different. It's my first time making a fully animated, pixel art video, and I'd honestly love to know what you think of the style. Should I make more like this? I made an ICM that fully automates most of the process i was able to get this video built in about three or four hours. Talk about a fun animation style right? Might redo a bunch of the videos in the classroom with this.

What does your stack actually look like? 🧱
This week's roadmap is officially open: Building Your Stack. And I want you to approach this one differently. As you go through it, don't just ask yourself: "Do I understand this?" "What does this look like for me?" You'll be working through lessons, quizzes, and accountability posts designed to make you stop and actually think through what you're building. Some of the accountability steps will ask you to summarize what you've learned. Others will force you to make decisions about how you're going to apply it. By the time you reach the end, I don't want you to just know more. I want you to have something clearer than what you started with. Take your time with this one. If you get stuck, ask the Clief Notes AI questions along the way. It knows the material and can help you find the right lesson or work through something you don't fully understand. Building Your Stack is available now for Premium and VIP members. Premium and VIP also unlock: - Live calls with me - Unlimited conversations with the Clief Notes AI - All of our new roadmap quizzes and accountability challenges - Early access to the new Decster features we're building If you haven't upgraded yet, you can do that here: https://www.skool.com/cliefnotes/plans If you're already Premium or VIP... Your stack isn't going to build itself. 🧱 Head to the Roadmap tab and get started.

Second try at animating ICM. Big difference — and it wasn't the tool.
I this one from scratch this weekend after getting the tip from Jake yesterday in that you start with the voice... an animated explainer of ICM. The method's Jake's. I just made it into a video. Quick version of the idea: talking to AI in a chat is like a builder who can only see what's right in front of him. You keep piling stuff on, the first thing you told him gets buried, and he builds it wrong — and swears that's what you said. Give him a blueprint instead — files, folders, a sign-off before the next step — and the same builder gets it right every time. The chat forgets. The structure remembers. What I learned: Honestly, the biggest thing was that this was a redo. I'd taken a run at it before and it fought me the whole way. This time it didn't — and it wasn't the tool that changed, it was me. A bunch more sessions in, I finally stopped trying to control every little thing and just trusted the spec. You put in the beats, the timing, and what it should feel like. The code is Claude's job, not yours. Every time I tried to do its job for it, it got worse. Two things that made it click. I recorded the voiceover first, then used Whisper to pull the timecodes, so the animation lines up with how I actually talk instead of drifting all over. And everything's built in reusable pieces — I fixed the builder's hard hat once and it fixed itself in every scene. You never touch code. You just describe what you want. The most confusing part: Whisper on Windows. Not the idea — getting it installed. It fought me for five tries: a dead version, no Windows build on a couple of them, the files unzipping to the wrong spot, then the paths breaking. If you're on Windows and stuck there, that's the exact spot. Pin a version that has a Windows build, put the binaries where it expects them, and use full paths, not relative ones. I ended up wrapping the whole mess in a one-command script. Comment or DM me and I'll send it so you don't lose the afternoon I did. What I hope to do with it: Set it up so I can just run it again and again — one folder for scripts, one for building — and share that so anyone can use it. Then use it to teach: take an idea and turn it into a short video people can actually follow. This ICM one's the first. There'll be more. And if you're building your own and you get stuck, especially on Windows, tag me. I just went through it — happy to help.

love the video. I learned that every folder requires some type of .md file.
New Workflow Audit
Built a guided way to turn work you know by heart into something you and your AI can actually use. generates a HUGE packet for you. Workflow Audit Package - The Vault · Clief Notes This is inspired by something I do in my Corporate workshops and also wanting to build something sustainable to help out the Premium and VIP members. Start with a copy-and-paste interview prompt: your AI asks one question at a time about what comes in, what you do, where things get messy, what goes out, and the decisions you want to keep. It works for business owners, consultants, subject matter experts, creators, or anyone with a recurring task they want to understand and improve. You can answer in rough words or by voice; no technical background is needed. Once you have checked the interview, give it to the included builder skill with the blank HTML template. Your AI audits the answers and creates a detailed, editable workflow package with a map of your work, evidence for where improvement could matter, open questions, practical prompts, and a recommended folder structure based on ICM: ordinary folders and readable files that give the AI the right context at each step. Open the package in your browser, correct anything it got wrong, download your copy, and use the first-test plan on a completed example you can check. Everything you need to start is in the kit; the start guide explains both copy-and-paste and file-upload options. Workflow Audit Package - The Vault · Clief Notes
