Unable to connect to Remarkable via CalSync
Hi, I am trying to connect my Remarkable to the CalSync app on my Windows computer. I have Google Drive and Egnyte drives connected and I see that can be an issue so I have disconnected those. I have also turned off my Windows firewall. I am still unable to connect using the "Connect" screen. I have checked to make sure that my devices are on the same Wi-Fi (note, I also tried a USB data cable and had the same issue). Once I enter the IP Address and Password, I click on "Access Planners", and nothing happens. Sometimes I get a "time out" message. I am wondering what other issues might be involved. One possibility but I don't think so... My Remarkable uses a different email address as the User ID than the CalSync software. I am not sure what else to try. Thank you!

I started with .07 and then updated to .08. No luck with either of those. I'll try again with the latest .10.

@Jason Smith Ok, I've now updated to version 12. Once again disconnected Google Drive, Egnyte, and Windows firewall, and installed the new version. I open the .exe file and try to connect via the cord, and get a "Connection Timed Out" error. Screen shot attached. I have also tried without the cable via WiFi, and instead of the time out error, just get no response. Note that due to security issues I would prefer to use the USB connection. I am using a Windows Surface with an ARM chip, and wonder now if that is the issue as I can't think of anything else. Have you tested this software with an ARM chip? Thanks.
Accessing Planners
I was able to create a planner and start or get it set up to sync correctly, and now I can’t. When I have my Remarkable connected via USB, and CalSync has a Green Dot next to the IP Address on the Connect screen, I click the Access Planners button and nothing happens. When I try and use the online help and I try to type this problem in Get Support I get a red box telling me “failed to connect after multiple retries” Thoughts on what I’m doing wrong?

No, but I have the same problem. Except I've never been able to get it to sync at all.
