I was able to create a planner and start or get it set up to sync correctly, and now I can’t.
When I have my Remarkable connected via USB, and CalSync has a Green Dot next to the IP Address on the Connect screen, I click the Access Planners button and nothing happens. When I try and use the online help and I try to type this problem in Get Support I get a red box telling me “failed to connect after multiple retries”
Thoughts on what I’m doing wrong?
