I’m from Australia and come into this group to learn some crazy moves to impress my 8 year old daughter that does gymnastics and acrobatics classes. In particular handstands, pull-up and cartwheels. We do taekwondo together and her high kicks are amazing and I’ve told her I’d catch her this year.
@Karyn Ainsworth Great work on the paralettes! I did some of those yoga challenges 10 years ago too! haha they were great for keeping me consistent and trying new things. I might need to see if I can find some of them once I get some of my strength and flexibility back 😆
Hi! I’m Chelsea and I’m getting back into working on my fitness goals after a long pause. I had my handstand pretty decent in the past, but lost it after having 2 kids. I want to build back up to getting it back and getting stronger all around. 🤸♀️
