šŸŽ„šŸ¤ø Handstand Blueprint (FREE This Week Only)
šŸŽ„ Quick Update Today (Losing My Voice šŸ˜…) My voice is cooked today, so I’m doing something different. Normally, the Handstand Blueprint video is unlocked at: • Level 7 • Or by inviting someone into the community But today I’m making it 100% free for everyone already here āœ… ā³ Important: this is a limited drop. I’ll likely remove it by the end of the week. 🤸 Handstand Blueprint (FREE This Week Only) If you’ve been stuck thinking you need insane strength or flexibility, you don’t. The real ā€œentry requirementā€ is simple: • You can put weight on straight arms • You can learn to stack your body • You can practice tiny balance corrections consistently This video breaks down the full path: • Step 1: The minimum strength test (bunny hops) • Step 2: Chest-to-wall handstand as your first real milestone • Step 3: Falling safely (bail = mini cartwheel) • Step 4: Fixing overbalance vs underbalance • Step 5: Drills to hold longer, not just kick up forever • Daily practice plan (2 minutes a day beats 1 hour once a week) āœ… What I Want You To Do After Watching Pick ONE of these and post it below: • Your current handstand stage (0 to wall hold to freestanding) • Your biggest struggle (balance, fear, wrists, shoulders, kick-up) • A quick video of your attempt (even 5 seconds is enough) If you share a clip, I’ll help you spot the ā€œone missing pieceā€ faster.

Awesome! I've already started implementing today. I kicked up onto a Smith machine with the bar at highest level, put one foot behind, and now if I lose balance I immediately can start practicing without having to bail, reset, and kick up again
šŸ’¬ Honest Feedback Time (You Can Make It Better)
Real question. If the goal is to make this community as amazing, useful, and supportive as possible… I need your honest opinions. šŸ‘‡ Two simple questions: 1ļøāƒ£ What has been the MOST helpful thing about this community so far? What’s actually made a difference for you? 2ļøāƒ£ What’s ONE thing you’d improve? Something you’d add, remove, simplify, change, or do differently? Nothing is off limits. The goal isn’t ego — it’s growth. If we’re building something special here, it should be built with you, not just for you. And if you’d rather share privately, that’s cool too. šŸ“ž Want More Direct Support? Most helpful: honestly everyone submitting their videos so I can see how everyday people are progressing. I also really appreciated when Brandon left a video commenting on my wall handstand form. For improvement: I'd say a clearer progression. I know that's a tall ask though, becuase there are 50 different things you can shoot for with calisthenics and each one has a dozen different ways of getting there. I know an app is coming out, perhaps the skill tree there is exactly what I'm talking about.
Surprised myself!
Rest day today (even though I only started yesterday lol) BUT as my ā€œextra actionā€ or whatever it’s called when you do something on your rest day, I attempted a ā€œCrow Poseā€ AND HELD IT FOR LIKE 20 SECONDS!!! Then ultimately wanted a REALLY close look at the rug with my face haha Still a win!
Surprised myself!

soon you will be able to hold it so long that you may get bored of holding the pose šŸ˜‚
January challenge
4 week challenge recap, the first week I did cartwheels and the last 3 weeks chest to wall🤸 The first video is from January 12 and the second from February 1 My goal was to hold for 5 seconds, I got 4-5 seconds… But it meant a lot more than the seconds, I've been staying away from doing chest to wall cause it scared the shit out of me! So it's been a real mental challenge but it was worth it😁 Lots of positives: -i can bail out safely, I've had to do it MANY timesĀ seriously a lot! šŸ˜‚ -I took my time, getting my position right and noticing how my body felt before I moved my foot -I can do small adjustments to my body, doesn't always work but it's better then not -I felt more comfortable, confident and less scared I loved doing a monthly challenge, it's exactly what I needed to get some confidence back with my handstands 🤸
